As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, we are setting a gender diversity target for 2025 at 50% gender diversity ratio. This target is designed to promote gender balance within our manufacturing sector, reflecting our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Achieving this goal will not only enhance our organizational culture but also drive innovation, improve decision-making, and strengthen our overall business performance.
